Teresa Hicks holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management and Leadership, and a Master’s in Business Administration.
Teresa Hicks is a licensed Realtor with over $4 million in real estate sales, to include overseeing of project development, and construction management.
In 2007, she launched a Brand Licensing Company in the area of Childcare. License Branding is a business strategy in which the owner of an intangible asset such as a product brand name, grants permission to another business to utilize the brand for some specific project or activity. She currently has licensing agreements in Georgia, South Carolina, New Jersey, and Florida.

Teresa W. Hicks received a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management & Leadership, with a Concentration in Child Care Management and a Master’s in Business Administration from Morris Brown College. Following a lengthy career in corporate America, and a desire to spend more time with her young sons, Teresa shifted her professional interest to Early Childhood Education. After successful starting and operating multiple child care facilities, she founded and established the company and brand, Clarian Place Child Care & Learning Center, Inc.
